The Challenge:
Mark Wilsons Better Used Cars had moved to a strategic new location needing to expand their operations.
The problem was they had moved to an environmentally sensitive area with very strict regulations on well water taking and waste water effluent which tied their hands on their usage of their car wash.
The Solution:
We designed and built a water recycling system with multiple layers of filtration and RO, and a waste water evaporator, that utilized rain water captured in a cistern as well as recycling their limited process water.
The company was able to operate their carwash as required and maintained government mandated strict regulations on water usage and effluent discharge.
